Vinyasa is a mindful movement. This class will be characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Together, we will flow through movements to intertwine the postures with intention, creating a deeper connection with the mind and body. The class is carefully designed to flow with music ranging from Beyonce to Otis Redding. Come with an open mind and open heart.
Restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer.
