Personal Training Sessions and Group Training Sessions are 1 hour long and adjustable to any client’s personal fitness level. Each session begins and ends with a proper warm-up, cool down and stretch techniques in addition to an assortment of core and flexibility exercises, cardiovascular, weight training and strength exercises, and sport performance drills. It's my belief that anyone, no matter their age or fitness level can participate in these sessions and be successful.
Post-Rehab Sessions are a 1 hour session specifically designed to improve range of motion, stability and/or flexibility, as well as increase strength and endurance. Techniques include basic hands on manual therapy / trigger point work, and strengthening exercises to the rehabbed area.
Sport Performance & Cardio Kick-boxing Sessions are 1 hour and for ages 14 and older. These session are designed around your sport, and specifically aimed to improve athletic ability, technique and cardiovascular endurance.
