This 60-min Yoga class is open to all levels and characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. As a group, participants flow through to intertwine the postures with intention, creating a deeper connection with the mind and body. The class is carefully designed to flow with music ranging from Beyonce to Otis Redding. Come with an open mind and open heart.

Note: Sessions often utilize props such as bolsters, blocks and straps to make adjustments when necessary.
